Information you provide
An inquiry may include your name, business email, company, country, product or document requested, message and consent choice. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential sample records.
How inquiries are used
Inquiry details are used to respond to your request, discuss a suitable configuration and maintain the related business correspondence. A document request follows the same process; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Storage and retention
Inquiries are stored in the site's PostgreSQL database. Email notifications are queued for the delivery service configured by the operator. The operator's retention policy is shown below; no fixed retention period is assumed.
Operator's retention policy
Inquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, maintain quotation history, provide customer service, meet legal obligations and prevent fraud. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to sales@aquority.com, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting, database and email providers may process the information needed to operate these services. Before launch, the operator must document the actual providers, processing locations and any applicable transfer safeguards.
Technical data
The service uses limited security records to prevent repeated abusive requests. If error monitoring is enabled, diagnostic events may be sent to the configured monitoring provider. The application removes common personal-data fields before reporting, but this is not a guarantee that every error message is free of personal data.
Your requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, object to processing, restrict its use or withdraw consent. Use the privacy contact above. The operator must confirm the applicable legal basis and rights process before launch.
Browser storage
The website stores your browser-storage choice, including optional analytics consent when offered. Administrators also use a time-limited sign-in cookie. See the storage notice for the names, purposes and duration.
Analytics and advertising
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives page views, product views, form starts, saved-inquiry events and WhatsApp clicks, plus technical connection information. We do not send form text, names, email addresses or inquiry IDs as event parameters. Google processes this data under its privacy policy; processing may take place outside your country. Analytics is optional and advertising personalization is disabled. You can withdraw consent using Cookie preferences. Withdrawal stops subsequent collection; it does not erase data already sent.
